The Retrospective and "The world of the automobile: yesterday, today and in the future ..."

In the end it is back! In Bordighera, the City of Palms, the International Exhibition of Humor is back: the event that for 52 years has represented a cultural reference point for the whole world of humor.
Thanks to the collaboration between the International Humor Exhibition Association and the Municipality of Bordighera, it returns with a retrospective of the most significant drawings and books that over the years have won the prestigious Palma d'Oro, together with a themed review, The world of automobile: today and in the future.
Furthermore, courtesy of the family and in collaboration with the city of Antibes, a selection of works by Raymond Peynet, the famous father of the sweethearts, first winner of the Palma d'Oro and honorary citizen of Bordighera, is exhibited. The exhibition also includes all the covers of the online monthly Buduàr ​​which stands out for its sharp graphics and ironic content. Finally, we present the essay Palms, Dates and Laughter by Paola Biribanti, Edizioni Graphe, a story of the Salone told through memories, anecdotes and interviews with the characters who have animated it over the years.
